Some of us have been training for over 30 years.
But this web site is not about us, it is about training in the martial arts and improving our skills, athletically, emotionally and mentally.
We will be leaving the comments section on and I look forward to your questions and comments.
I encourage you to sign up for our newsletter which will come out monthly, more or less.
The goal is to provide excellent and practical information relevant to martial art training that you can use.
And by use I don’t not mean as a bully, for martial arts, the skill of fighting, is something we use in all areas of life.
The flip side of this is also.. the art of Not Fighting.
